Born and raised on the north side of Brisbane Ben completed his schooling at Padua College and was always heavily involved in sport. Following high school, Ben studied and completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition at The University of Queensland in 2012. After this he immediately began studying his Physiotherapy studies at the Australian Catholic University.
After completing his Physiotherapy studies Ben began working in private practice, working closely with the local community and a variety of local sporting clubs: volleyball, rugby league, cricket, baseball, soccer, rugby union, combat sports. Ben continues to be a playing member of Brothers Juniors Rugby League and has a particular interest in the management of shoulder injuries and rehabilitation post ACL injury (conservative and surgical management).
Moving to London in July of 2017, Ben worked within the UK’s NHS public health system before moving back into his preferred private practice setting. During his time overseas, Ben has been exposed to a wide range of conditions in different settings including, post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries, chronic injuries, adolescents and athletes of all ages. He is able to draw on his knowledge from all previous studies and varied experiences to give patients a complete well-rounded rehabilitation program.
Ben takes a hands-on approach to physiotherapy and is a firm believer in educating his patients, teaching people how their body can move and show them what a strong body can achieve.
