Louise’s bio

Louise O’Sullivan graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 and has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Louise is passionate about functional movement, exercise rehabilitation and maximising her client’s potential through strength and conditioning. Louise has provided physiotherapy services to City 4051 CrossFit, CrossFit Roar, CrossFit Larrikans, the Qld State Tour Men’s Beach Volleyball squad, the Gold Coast Marathon, The Australian CrossFit Championships and is a lead presenter for RockTape and Stick Mobility seminars.

Empowering her client’s with knowledge of their condition and teaching them how to self manage is her priority. Louise’s approach is goal driven, hands on and utilises Western Acupuncture / Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Stick Mobility and Muscle Energy techniques. With experience treating elite athletes, weekend warriors, 500 hours of study in various Yoga traditions and Clinical Pilates, she can work with any BODY. She believes that we all have the potential to live a life that is healthy and fulfilling by exploring the world through our senses and tapping into the present moment via movement. When not working, Louise is working out! Either at CrossFit, running around the Brisbane River or doing Vinyasa Yoga at home.
